I'm pretty sure that BareMinerals is all-natural. Their slogan is ';makeup so pure you can sleep in it';, so it is heavily advertised as natural makeup. I've been using it for a while without problems and I have pretty sensitive skin.

This is as pure as makeup gets. It also gives you your perfect shade. Also, you only pay shipping for a custom kit they give you! Also, considering the quality, it's also pretty cheap. Plus the foundation only has like, 5 ingredients.
I am using kms mineral essentials. It is all-natural and bismuth free. Love it!
I know its hard to understand, but bismuth is a naturally occurring mineral. So is Iron Oxide (for red color) and a host of other minerals.

So what do you want? People often mistake the word 'natural' to automatically mean 'healthy.' Arsenic is natural. Maybe you should be looking for the words 'hypo-allergenic' instead.
